Consent to the Processing of Personal Data of a Job Applicant

I hereby agree to the processing of the personal data specified below, which I maintain provide to the company NO 77 s.r.o., ID No.: 29413150, with its registered office at Petrská 1131/2, Prague 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"), for the purpose of inclusion in the applicant database kept by the Controller. Personal data obtained from the data subject may be enriched by data available from public registers and portals. This data will be processed by the Controller for a period of 5 years.

Personal data to be processed:

  • First name, Surname

  • Date of birth

  • Education level attained

  • Email address

  • Telephone contact

I grant my express consent to the aforementioned processing. This consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an email to the Controller's email address or by letter to the Controller's address.

I acknowledge that the data will be processed by the Controller in the form of a secured database. Personal data may be provided to third parties in accordance with a Statement on Personal Data Processing.

I declare that I have been duly informed by the Controller about the processing and protection of personal data, and that the personal data provided above is accurate and true and is provided voluntarily.

DECLARATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The Declaration on the Processing of Personal Data strictly follows Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").

I. Personal Data Controller

The company NO 77 s.r.o., with its registered office at Petrská 1131/2, Prague 1, ID No.: 29413150, VAT ID: CZ 29413150 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller") hereby informs you, in accordance with Article 12 of the GDPR, about the processing of your personal data and about your rights.

II. Scope of Personal Data Processing

Personal data is processed to the extent in which the relevant data subject provided them to the Controller, specifically in connection with the conclusion of a contractual or other legal relationship with the Controller, or which the Controller has collected differently and processes in accordance with applicable legal regulations or for the fulfillment of the Controller's legal obligations.

III. Sources of Personal Data

  • Directly from data subjects (emails, telephone, chat, websites, contact forms on the web, social networks, business cards, etc.)

  • Through the use of the Controller's website (IP address of the data subject, cookies, data on browsing, geographical data, data regarding performed services/purchases, or other online identifiers)

  • Publicly accessible registers, lists, and records (e.g., Commercial Register, Trade Register, Real Estate Register, public telephone directory, etc.)

IV. Categories of Personal Data Subject to Processing

  • Identification data serving for the unambiguous and unmistakable identification of the data subject and address (e.g., first name, surname, title, possibly birth number, date of birth, permanent residence address, ID card number, VAT ID) and data enabling contact with the data subject (contact data – e.g., contact address, phone number, fax number, email address, and other similar information).

  • Descriptive data (e.g., bank details).

  • Other data necessary for the performance of the contract.

  • Data provided beyond the scope of applicable laws processed within the framework of consent granted by the data subject (processing of photographs, use of personal data for the purpose of personnel proceedings, etc.).

V. Use of Personal Data

The Controller processes your personal data for the purpose of managing a customer profile/account. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract, or negotiations to conclude a contract. If communication involves commercial communications or is due to the fulfillment of legal obligations. In the event that a customer account/profile is not activated within 24 months of its creation, the Controller will cancel your customer account/profile. By this procedure, the validity of any consent to the processing of personal data for marketing and business purposes is not affected. In the case of maintaining a customer account/profile, the Controller collects and processes your personal data in the scope of – name and surname, email address, phone number, address, password in encrypted form, profile information such as age and gender, data regarding executed contracts.

VI. Personal Data Retention Period

In accordance with the deadlines specified in the relevant contracts, the Controller's shredding and archiving policy, or in relevant legal regulations, it is the time strictly necessary to ensure the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship as well as from relevant legal regulations. However, for a maximum period of 10 years from the actual execution of the last order/termination of the contract.

VII. Personal Data Security

The Controller ensures the security of personal data. Personal data is protected against unauthorized use, access, or disclosure. Personal data may be processed for ensuring the above-described purposes solely by the Controller and its employees, or by the Controller's partners. External partners, who as processors may process your personal data, are carefully selected by the Controller solely from those who provide sufficient guarantees of implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures so that specifically accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of transmitted, stored or otherwise processed personal data, or unauthorized access to them, cannot occur.

VIII. Changes to the Declaration on Principles of Personal Data Protection

The company NO 77 s.r.o. reserves the right to update this declaration on the principles of personal data protection. The date of "last update" will be indicated for each revision on the website.
