Sharing Our Experience with Future HR Professionals
We know that knowledge and experience make the most sense when shared. That is why our founder Jana Jurčíková acts as a lecturer at prestigious educational institutions.
At the Business Institut, she teaches Filling Jobs and Recruitment within the MBA Human Resources Management program, passing on her experience from practice to future HR leaders.
She also teaches Performance Management at the Prague University of Economics and Business (Faculty of Business Administration, Department of HR). She connects theoretical knowledge with real examples from more than 15 years of practice.
This pedagogical activity allows us to stay in touch with the latest trends in HR while also influencing how the future of personnel management in the Czech Republic will look. We believe that quality personnel education is the foundation for a better working environment for everyone.

Jana Jurčíková
Partner
Jana has stood at the helm of NO77 since the agency's founding. She believes that behind every successful placement lies a deep understanding of the company culture and individual candidate needs.
She draws her experience from 11 years at SABMiller/Plzeňský Prazdroj, where she gradually held key roles – she managed the recruitment department with more than 60 filled positions annually, acted as Performance Management Manager, Organisation Development Manager, and Compensation & Benefits Manager. She specializes in assessment centers, psychometric testing, and competency-based interviews.
Thanks to this extensive spectrum of HR skills, she can offer clients comprehensive insight into personnel management. For her, HR consulting is not just about finding people, but practically managing relationships so that they not only meet professional requirements but primarily advance the company forward in the long term.

Lenka Dolečková
Performance Delivery Manager
Lenka brings to NO77 a deep understanding of the corporate environment and the ability to connect the needs of large organizations with the individual approach of a boutique agency. Alongside her top-tier work as a Senior Consultant, she is also responsible for meeting goals and maintaining the work quality of our entire team, ensuring services are at the highest level.
She spent seven years at SAP, where she supported key positions and was responsible for the complete onboarding process of new employees. She utilizes her perfect language skills to monitor quality, conduct extensive interviews, and perform motivational check-ins.

Eva Bonaventurová
Senior Consultant
Eva brings an international perspective and a specialization in talent development to NO77. She helps companies not only find the right people but also create an environment where talent can grow and develop its potential.
At the international company Harsco, she held the position of Learning & Development Manager for Eastern Europe, where she introduced complex adaptation processes and development programs. For three years, she led the largest language school in Prague as Director of Studies, managing the recruitment and development of an international team of lecturers.
Eva approaches every project with empathy and an emphasis on individual needs. Thanks to her studied multicultural skills, she can communicate effectively with clients across various cultures and sectors.

Daniela Ungrová
Senior Consultant
Daniela is an expert on the environment of international corporations, especially German-speaking ones. Her strong suit is the ability to understand the specific needs of large organizations, orient herself in their structure, and find solutions tailored to each client.
She built her rich HR career in leading companies such as UniCredit Bank, RWE/Transgas, and T-Mobile. In all these organizations, she held HR Business Partner or HR Manager positions, where she was responsible for complete recruitment processes, adaptation of employees, and various strategic HR projects. Thanks to this diverse experience, she understands the specifics of various industries.

Senior Consultant
Andrea brings to NO77 seven years of experience from internal HR in an international company. She believes that successfully connecting a candidate with a company starts with listening and ends with long-term satisfaction on both sides. Her strategy is creating solutions that make sense and work even years later.
She spent most of her career at Pernod Ricard (formerly Jan Becher – Karlovarská Becherovka), where, as a specialist, she handled the complete HR agenda with an emphasis on employee needs. She has experience managing extensive projects and building employer branding.
