IV. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data may only be shared with:

  • Our employees – only to the extent necessary for their work

  • IT providers – CRM system management, email services (based on data processing agreements)

  • Partner companies (Aterra, BDA) – only if you use their specialized services

  • State authorities – only in cases stipulated by law

We do not transfer your data to third countries outside the EU. The Controller is obligated to transfer some of your personal data based on valid legal regulations, e.g., to state administration bodies, courts, or law enforcement agencies in connection with administrative, criminal, and civil court proceedings.

V. PROCESSING PERIOD

  • Unrealized inquiry: 1 year from the last contact

  • Active client: for the duration of the cooperation + 5 years

  • Business documentation: 10 years (according to tax regulations)

  • Marketing communication: until consent is withdrawn

VI. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right:

  • To access your personal data

  • To rectification of inaccurate data

  • To erasure of data ("right to be forgotten")

  • To restriction of processing

  • To data portability

  • To object to processing

  • To withdraw consent at any time without giving a reason

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
